• Landlords pay nothing towards setup fees until property is occupied

We currently manage a large amount of properties along the south coast and can offer a wide range of facilities to landlord and freeholders in the property sector, we charge a one off setup fee from £350.00 and then all properties are charged at £55.00 per month regardless of rental income, £25 per room of HMO's. I think you will agree this is a considerable saving rather than a percentage of the rental income. This can be short or long term, all together the package's we provide are tailored to suit your needs as a freeholder / leaseholder and to maximize your income from your property investments.

We concentrate on volume of management therefore we can keep your costs down to a minimum and also offer reduced rates to the landlord with a larger portfolio

During management of a property we guarantee your monthly credit to your account regardless whether the tenant pays us or is in arrears providing the property remains occupied.
